Lorxi Aurora LLC operates JoJo Diy Shop. Our company address is 1320 Racine St, Aurora, CO 80011, United States. In these terms, “we” and “our” refer to Lorxi Aurora LLC. These terms apply to store use and purchases alongside our Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds and Cancellations, and Privacy Policy. Mandatory consumer protections prevail over conflicting provisions.
How a purchase is accepted
Check product details, options, quantity, price and delivery information before buying. Supply accurate contact and order details and use an authorized payment method. Screen color differences do not excuse goods that materially differ from their description.
An automatic order receipt confirms that the order has reached us. Unless we expressly accept earlier, dispatch confirmation constitutes acceptance. If stock availability, a material listing error or a legitimate payment or security concern prevents acceptance, we notify you and refund payment for the unfulfilled order. We do not increase an accepted price without agreement.
Charges shown before payment
Before payment, checkout shows the currency, goods, discounts, delivery charges and taxes or duties we collect. EU product prices include applicable VAT, with a separate EUR 3 import handling charge per physical item as described in the shipping policy. Payment options are those actually available at checkout.
Each offer is subject to the conditions shown with it. Later changes to an offer or price do not change a purchase we have already accepted.
Shipping and after-sales arrangements
Shipping terms explain the Chinese dispatch origin, preparation stages, delivery estimates and destination charges. Return terms explain the 24-hour operational cancellation window, 15-day return notification period, return postage, and the 6.5% plus USD 0.30 handling fee where lawful, including its exemptions. Read these policies before purchasing.
We remain responsible for legally required performance and remedies. Courier delays or payment-provider charges do not automatically release us from those obligations.
Resolving concerns and preserving your rights
Please send complaints to shopify@jojodiyshop.uk so our team can work with you on a resolution. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including fraud, applicable product-safety obligations and non-excludable consumer guarantees. Lawful liability limitations cannot take away rights to goods as described or mandatory remedies. Store credit is not compulsory where a refund is legally due.
Applicable law determines the rights, obligations and available forums for a dispute. These terms do not remove any mandatory protection or access to courts and remedies available to you. No exclusive jurisdiction or waiver of statutory consumer rights is imposed by this policy.
Using this website
Content belongs to us or its respective rights holders. Third-party names, trademarks and images remain their owners' property; display alone does not establish endorsement or affiliation. Do not infringe intellectual property, copy protected content without permission, interfere with security or use the store fraudulently.
Our privacy policy describes information practices and choices. Agreeing to purchase terms does not replace any separately required privacy or marketing consent.
Updates to these terms
Revisions apply prospectively and do not retrospectively remove rights attached to an existing order. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remainder continues to apply to the extent permitted by law.
